About me

People underestimate their capacity for change. There is never a right time to do a difficult thing.  A leader’s job is to help people have vision of their potentials…John Porter

Ashon Justin is a serial and social entrepreneur, motivational speaker, writer, thinker, strategist, song writer and potential Forbes "listee". Unlike most people, I didn't choose business, business chose me. Thinking is what I do best, I see possibilities where they are none because I have a father in heaven and I just can’t stop ideas form coming in.

As an entrepreneur, I am not fueled by the desire for profit but change. It is a passion, a way of life, it is joy, it is fun, it’s easy and it’s what I was born to do. I create possibilities.

My ability to see tomorrow has blinded me to the problems I might face today. I am confident, ambitious, far sighted, I am dreamer and a realist, I have a good sense of urgency, I review all possibilities before taking any action but I am not above mistakes. I enjoy creating business strategies and strive on the process to achieve my goals, I set high goals because I believe everything is possible and I know I could reach them. Nothing really bothers me and I work well under pressure. I have good conceptual and interpersonal skills; I give my all and expect same from those above and below me.

Business started as early as 7-8years old, being creative and with a good drawing ability I made beautifully colored books with word plays and puzzle for kids my age but I never got the support I needed to push forward.

Many would quote their achievements, well this is mine:

I studied biochemistry and wasn’t top of my class. I could have gotten a first class if I put my head to it but I didn’t.

I assisted a friend to generate over $2000 in sales from art works in a month, in a less that conducive environment. But I don’t think I contributed much to the marketing campaign.

A friend left his call voucher selling business in my hands and it almost collapsed.

Until recently, someone told me “you have never managed a business or even started one; business is not just your calling”.

LIFESTYLE

I don’t club or party except it is beneficial to my future. I watch TV two hours everyday: News and a favorite soap. I don’t go anywhere without my pen, I barely enjoy a bath because I get most of my ideas in the bathroom; I get to run out write them down and go back in. I do have distractions but I try my best to manage, maximize and utilize time. It took a while, but i have learnt how to control thought, but why stop the ideas.

I could assure you of two things:
I have only met about 5 people who are more intelligent than I am.
You’ve met one of the most creative, “faith filled” and brilliant minds around.
I am here to revolutionize the thinking process and the way business is done. That I certainly hope…
